BABA stands behind all of our products. If you received a damaged or defective product directly from us (not a retail store), you may return it for a full refund or exchange of the product within 15 days of receipt of purchase. All returns must be in unused condition and in the original packaging from a smoke-free environment and have all applicable tags still attached. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. 

Shipping times will vary ,however, we always try our best to get you your items as quickly as possible. Typically, orders ship within 2-4 business days of receiving your order. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once the package has shipped. 

Free shipping on all orders of 150CHF or more. For orders under 150CHF/EURO, rates will vary depending on the product and your location, and shipping will be calculated at checkout.
